What It Solves

Workflow amnesia, solved for Claude Code.

Context compression erases action history. Agents duplicate work, corrupt state, lose decisions made hours ago. This is the wall every long-horizon workflow hits.

OpenTTT anchors every step to a cryptographic timestamp on an external server — outside Claude's context window. Compression hits, agents call pot_query(eventId), O(1) exact recall. Zero lost state.

Mathematical guarantees: SHA-3 256-bit eventId: collision probability 2⁻²⁵⁶ · O(1) exact lookup · DAG causal chain via prevEventId · Ed25519 non-repudiation · erasure-coded shards: ≥97% recovery at BER=0.05 · Redis AOF persistence, 90-day TTL

7 tools: pot_generate · pot_verify · pot_query · pot_graph · pot_checkpoint · pot_stats · pot_health  ·  IETF TTTPS-standardized · MiFID II RTS 25 audit-grade clock sync

Example: A 20-agent Dynamic Workflow refactors a 500K-line codebase over hours. After each context compression, every agent calls pot_query(eventId) — the external server returns its exact action history. Zero lost state. Zero duplicate work.

Enterprise 1B+ Tier-1 banks · HFT · Institutional AI infra $50,000+/mo 1B+ calls/mo · custom overage · SLA 99.99% Custom pricing — contact peter@kenosian.com
Platform License Frontier model providers Negotiated ($2M+/yr) Fair-use (volume negotiated) · native integration Claude Code / Agents native capability

Every tier anchors workflow steps to an external server — physically separate from Claude's context window. After compression, agents call pot_query(eventId) for O(1) exact step recall. Overage (Team): $0.01 per 1,000 calls beyond 10M/month. Enterprise includes MiFID II RTS 25 (clock-sync) tamper-evident TTTPS chain. Overage (Enterprise): $0.05 per 1,000 calls beyond 5M/month.

Why $8,000/mo?

One MiFID II RTS 25 (clock-sync) violation: €5M. A year of Enterprise: $96,000 — roughly one day of that exposure. For regulated institutions this is insurance, not software.

The Distinction

Why OpenTTT — not Letta or Mem0.

Tool Memory model Hot-path cost Recall type
Letta / Mem0 Semantic RAG embedding + vector search per op Fuzzy similarity
LangGraph / LangMem Graph state + semantic checkpoint I/O + embeddings Semantic + graph
OpenTTT / ttt-mcp Cryptographic event log sign + hash + write — 0 embedding calls O(1) exact hash lookup

OpenTTT stamps only the steps worth checkpointing — not every query, not every token. At scale, dropping the embedding layer is a structural cost advantage, not a trade-off. Want fuzzy semantic search? Pair with a vector DB. Want deterministic state recovery that survives compaction? OpenTTT.

Commercial use requires a paid license. Free for non-commercial, research, and personal bots with annual revenue < $10,000/yr.

Paid tiers include a commercial use license covering the API call volume stated above. Source code is available on GitHub under BSL-1.1 — production use by commercial entities requires the Dev tier or above.

Regulatory Audit Pricing

TTTPS — the audit chain.

Tier Price Coverage
Compliance €300/mo EU AI Act Art.12, DORA Art.17 audit chain
MiFID Pro €3,600/mo MiFID II RTS 25 (clock sync; extended under 2024 MiFIR review, pending) + GEO roadmap
Institutional €12,000/mo Full regulatory stack + dedicated chain + SLA 99.99%

All tiers include chain_integrity: true verification. MiFID II RTS 25 ±1ms clock-sync timestamp requires GEO (KTSat ±10ns) add-on — available on roadmap. Contact peter@kenosian.com for MiFID Pro and Institutional onboarding.

Certificate Authority — custom

The audit tiers above price access to the TTTPS audit chain. A separate track exists for delegated Certificate Authority partnerships: qualifying infrastructure operators issue TTTPS trust marks under the Kenosian root, on their own footprint (data-center, edge silicon, regulated venue).

Pricing for delegated CA is custom and structured per partnership — scope, footprint and term differ in every engagement. Conditional on TTTPS adoption, with Kenosian as the root of trust.

  • SLA: Dev/Pro/Team — 99.9% uptime. Enterprise — 99.9% uptime + 4h response SLA. Platform License — custom SLA via agreement.
TTTPS
Verifiable
WHEN
certified
“TTTPS-certified” — the standard, separate from any tier (proposed)

The trust mark is the standard itself, not a price point: a proposed signal that a system produces a verifiable, tamper-rejecting record of when its events happened. The tiers above are audit and access pricing; the mark is conditional on TTTPS being adopted as the standard, with Kenosian as the root of trust.

Illustrative mark for explanation only. Any certification authority, mark, or “certified” status is proposed and conditional (“could / if adopted”), and would operate under the Kenosian root — not a present-day certification program.
