Summary
These terms govern your use of OpenTTT / ttt-mcp API services operated by Kenosian (peter@kenosian.com). By using the API, you agree to these terms. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Paddle. No refunds after 48 hours of use.
Kenosian provides the OpenTTT / ttt-mcp API ("Service") — a cryptographic causal log for AI agents that anchors workflow steps to tamper-evident timestamps on an external server, physically separate from the agent's context window.
The Service includes:
| Tier | Price | Calls/month | Overage |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 100/day per IP — no signup | Blocked |
| Dev | $29/mo | 100K | Blocked |
| Pro | $99/mo | 1M | Blocked |
| Team | $299/mo | 10M | $0.01/1K |
| Enterprise | $999+/mo | 100M (fair-use) | $0.001/1K |
| Platform License | Negotiated ($2M+/yr) | Volume cap by agreement | By agreement |
Calls exceeding the monthly limit are either blocked (Dev/Pro) or billed at the overage rate (Team/Enterprise). Usage resets on the monthly billing anniversary.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Paddle (Paddle.com, Inc.), which acts as Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
All prices are in USD. Taxes (VAT/GST) are calculated and collected by Paddle based on your billing location.
Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds.
48-hour refund window: Full refunds are available within 48 hours of initial subscription if the API did not function as documented. Contact peter@kenosian.com with your API key and a description of the issue.
No refunds are issued after 48 hours of use, for partially-used billing periods, or for usage that exceeded documented limits.
You may not use the Service to:
Violation may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
The OpenTTT / ttt-mcp software is licensed under the Business Source License 1.1 (BSL-1.1). Non-commercial use is free. Commercial use requires a paid subscription or separate license agreement.
The proprietary lattice encoding, integrity pipeline, and algorithms embodied in the Service are trade secrets of Kenosian and are not disclosed by these terms or by use of the API.
Enterprise tier subscribers receive a 99.9% monthly uptime SLA. Scheduled maintenance is excluded from SLA calculations and announced at least 24 hours in advance via peter@kenosian.com.
Free, Dev, Pro, and Team tiers are provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee.
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kenosian's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Kenosian is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, even if advised of the possibility.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Kenosian may terminate or suspend access immediately for violation of Section 5 (Acceptable Use) or non-payment.
Upon termination, your event data is retained for 30 days and then deleted, consistent with the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.
For Enterprise and Platform License agreements, governing law may be modified by separate written agreement.
Kenosian may update these terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
